Complete the Draw Request Form.

Upon submission, an inspector will contact you within 36 hours. Reports arrive within 24-48 hours, and funds are wired 24-48 hours after review.

Inspection and admin fees range from $215-$500 per draw, depending on loan size and property type, and will be deducted from the wire.

For soft cost reimbursements we require paid invoices.
