Bellevue Lending finances builders and developers of all experience levels in the greater Puget Sound area with acquisition and vertical funding-with or without permits. We fund all types of infill new construction-including stand-alone SFR builds, middle housing concepts, backyard DADUs, and multiple unit townhome projects.
Once a loan is funded, we are aware that our inspection to wire draw process needs to be as simple, easy and fast as possible, with no invoices.
